Mind Your Head! is our version of a little room with comfy sofas and unlimited tea. Kick back, relax, and read, watch, or sneak off to another website.

Peruse our blog at leisure. You’ll find articles and videos on a range of running and mental health-related topics. You’ll find kit reviews, race/run/event reports, discussions, and myth-busting articles where we cast our nerdy, science-lovin’ eyes over some of the common misconceptions around our favourite topics. We may even dip our toes into the scary world of podcasting.
In the Resources section you’ll find information on what to do if you or someone you know is having a mental health crisis. You’ll find links to services and helplines, and links to interesting articles and websites.
We are currently working on adding a forum to the site, which will appear on the drop-down menu in due course. This will be a private forum for people on the referral scheme. It can be difficult talking about mental health and we wanted to create an online space where folk could interact with others with similar experiences. A sort of peer support space, if you like. It is hoped it might allay some of the fears associated with meeting people for the first time. People on the scheme will have access to the forum before their first session.
